Health Department excess revenue

The county health director urged commissioners to consider what the excess revenue item means for her agency, saying she learned of it Friday, got no clarification, and asked the board to remember the department lost 20 years of spending power it could have used to address the county's poor health rankings.

A health department representative endorsed her colleague's comments, saying the health director had covered the points she wanted to make.
